This website is operated by OBER MKT SERVICOS DE MARKETING LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 61.675.884/0001-79, acting as controller of the personal data used in its commercial enquiries. This notice covers the corporate website and enquiries initiated through it. Contracted services and agency management software may have additional privacy information.
2. Information used during your visit
This website does not install advertising or analytics cookies, embed tracking pixels or use forms. Images, fonts and presentation files are hosted with the website. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, access times, requested URLs and technical browser information to deliver content, maintain access records and protect the service.
3. Cookies and browser storage
Selecting “Got it” stores a preference named ober-privacy-notice-v1 with the value dismissed in this website’s sessionStorage. It only avoids repeating the notice in this tab session. This code does not send it to a server or use it to identify visitors or measure advertising. The browser manages its lifetime; it normally ends when the tab session closes, but the browser may restore it. You can reopen the notice using “Cookies” in the footer or remove this storage in your browser settings. Closing the notice is an interface preference, not consent to tracking or acceptance of a contract.
4. When you contact us
If you open WhatsApp and send a message, we may receive your name, telephone number, business details and the content you choose to share. We use this information to reply, understand your request and prepare a proposal. Avoid sending documents, passwords or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the enquiry. Opening a link does not automatically send the suggested message.
5. Purposes and legal grounds
Enquiries and proposals requested by you may rely on steps prior to entering into a contract under Brazil’s LGPD (Article 7, V). Technical operations and security may rely on legitimate interests, subject to necessity and respect for your rights (Article 7, IX). Legal obligations and the exercise of rights may support specific records (Article 7, II and VI). Dismissing the notice will not be used as permission for marketing.
6. Providers and external links
Hostinger provides hosting infrastructure. Links to WhatsApp/Meta and the PEGN article lead to external services governed by their own providers’ policies. These services may process data outside Brazil. Where Ober MKT is responsible for an international transfer, applicable LGPD and ANPD requirements and safeguards must be met; dismissing the notice does not authorize that transfer. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to meet a legal obligation or exercise rights.
7. Retention
The notice preference follows the browser session described above. Enquiry data should be retained as necessary to respond and conclude discussions; if a contract is entered into, as necessary to perform it and meet applicable obligations. Technical records follow operational and security purposes and applicable legal periods. Legal obligations, disputes and the exercise of rights may justify further retention. Deletion requests are assessed in light of these conditions; you can ask about the period applicable to your case.
8. Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, and portability where regulated and applicable. You may withdraw consent where it is used and object under the conditions set out in law. Deletion may be limited by lawful retention requirements. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and protect your data. You may also petition Brazil’s ANPD.
9. Making a request
Use the contact channel below and state that your request concerns personal data. The company must route your request to the responsible person and respond within applicable legal time limits. Exercising rights under the LGPD is free of charge.
10. Security and updates
The website uses HTTPS and technical controls to restrict external resources and reduce risk. No measure eliminates all risk; the company must also maintain access controls, request-handling processes and incident management. Changes to data use or the introduction of trackers will require this notice to be reviewed and, where applicable, consent before activation. Portuguese is the reference version; English and Spanish are informational translations.
